Mary Patricia Clark

Wilmington - Mary Patricia "Trish" Clark, 72, of Wilmington, NC, formerly of Peoria, IL, passed away on September 12, 2026, after a year long battle with cancer at Lower Cape Fear Life Care Hospice House. Trish was born on November 10, 1953 to two loving parents William and Patricia, in Galesburg, IL. After graduating from high school in 1971, she went on to be President of Laser Electric in Peoria until she retired in 2011.

Being a Mom and Nana was one of the most important parts of Trish's life, a role that gave her so much pride and joy. She was an excellent mom, supportive, kind, hilarious, and witty and we will all miss her dearly. Trish cherished her time with friends, her passion was water aerobics, traveling, the beach, and being with her family the most.

She is survived by Daughters Jaime (Michael) Hale of Joppa, MD and Liz Kelley of Bolivia, NC. Her Pride and Joy, her "delicious" grandsons Ben and Joe Moehlenkamp of Joppa, MD. Also survived by her Brothers Mike (Laura) Clark, Jim ( Mary Ann) Clark, her Nieces Jenny (Navin) Pinto, Anne Clark, Kate (Matt) Carter, and nephew Andrew (Sarah) Clark, along with several great nieces and nephews, along with her dear friend Terri McWilliams

Trish was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Nancy Clark and Chrissy Thomas, and niece Margaret Ann, and best friend Joan. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in honor of Trish to St Jude Children's Hospital or Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Lower Cape Fear Life Care Hospice House.
